Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Corporate Sales Manager to play a key role in expanding our client base and generating significant revenue growth within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential corporate and institutional clients within your designated territory.
  2. Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and becoming a trusted advisor on their insurance needs.
  3. Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique risk profile and insurance requirements of each client.
  4. Solution Development: Develop comprehensive and competitive insurance proposals, presenting a clear value proposition and demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific risks.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
  6. Account Management: Maintain and expand existing client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring complete satisfaction with insurance solutions.
  7. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams including underwriters, risk management specialists, and customer service representatives to ensure seamless client experience.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  9. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established sales targets through consistent prospecting, effective sales strategies, and strong closing skills.
Requirements:

We require a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills: Ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills: Focus on building trust and rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills: Ability to secure profitable deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • IRDA Certification: Mandatory for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bonus points will be awarded for experience in specific insurance lines relevant to our target market, such as property & casualty, cyber, and health. A strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies is also desirable.
