Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute outbound activities across multiple LinkedIn accounts, targeting 500 leads within your probationary period.
  • Analyze outreach results against key performance indicators, using this data to refine and improve performance month on month.
  • Receive comprehensive training in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager to develop your lead generation skills. Stay up-to-date with best practices through regular online webinars and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to review future ideas and solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align your outreach efforts with their sales strategies. Attend sales training calls to stay informed and aligned.
  • Maintain and nurture current customer lists across LinkedIn, ensuring accurate prospect and customer exclusion lists on a monthly basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in related sales, business development, or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
