About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to lead our expansion into new geographies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive research to understand the real estate and accommodation landscapes of new markets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets, including adapting our business model as necessary.
  3. Coordinate and lead the setup of pilot projects in new markets to test strategies and business models.
  4. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure successful market penetration.
  5. Provide detailed reports and feedback to enhance strategic decisions and market approaches.

Requirements: Proven experience in sales, particularly in new market entry and business development. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive approach and a keen sense of innovation in business practices.
