Expansion Sales Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Expansion Sales Specialist to join our team at ROI Magnet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and securing new opportunities.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales. With a focus on market expansion and client acquisition, you will develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth for ROI Magnet.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on market expansion and client acquisition.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. Identify and secure new business opportunities through diverse techniques such as LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
Pitching and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing ROI Magnet's services and value proposition.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to guide business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Project Handover: Ensure smooth project handovers to the operations team by clearly defining client expectations and deliverables.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and maintain a robust database of potential clients for future opportunities. Measure the success of outreach campaigns and refine strategies for higher conversions.
Performance Monitoring: Provide regular reports on lead generation, outreach performance, and revenue metrics to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
2. Strong analytical, research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
4. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growth and development.
5. Ability to manage all parts of the sales funnel.
6. Strong sales acumen and proven experience in pitching and closing high-ticket deals.
