Informatica Career Opportunity:
The Senior Cloud Sales Representative position at Informatica is a quota-carrying expansion or incremental sales role focused on analysing consumption metrics, prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities end to end within assigned accounts/territory.
About the Role:
This cloud expansion sales representative will exceed expansion sales goals through expert-level knowledge of selling Informatica's Cloud First Cloud-Native (CFCN) products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer decision-making processes, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and expand relationships with customer accounts of various sizes, including high-volume and complex assignments.
- Develop and implement account-level expansion plans to drive incremental subscription revenue from existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Subscription Renewals Reps, Sales Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing, to achieve sales goals.
- Analyse consumption metrics, consult with customers, and negotiate renewal contracts to maximise contract value while enhancing the customer relationship.
- Report pipeline and forecast accuracy through the Salesforce CPQ CRM system and provide regular feedback to company partners for product, systems, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Expert-level experience in SaaS sales, specifically in data management software.
- Demonstrated success in expanding SaaS subscriptions, achieving over $1M+ of ARR, and securing customer references.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - 18,00,000/year (depending on location and experience).
