Strategic Partnership Expansion Specialist

The Role: As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth by identifying, onboarding, and fostering strategic partnerships with universities and colleges. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute outreach strategies, nurture relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets the unique needs of higher education institutions.
About You:- A dynamic, results-driven professional with a proven track record of closing strategic partnerships, particularly within the higher education sector.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the higher education sector, technology, or recruitment industries.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at universities and colleges to introduce our platform and secure new institutional partnerships.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
- Market Research: Utilize insights from market research to refine business development strategies and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Candidate Success: Support onboarding and act as the primary point of contact for institutions, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of satisfaction with our partnership.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish your network within the higher education community.
