Job Opportunity:

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Shift Operations Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kiln and coal mill facilities, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shift operations, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
  • Drive plant optimization initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee daily production scheduling and reporting, providing insightful analysis.
  • Coordinate shutdown activities, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, leveraging technical expertise.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cement industry operations.


Essential Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in cement plant operations, including kiln, coal mill, and raw mill management.
  • Strong understanding of process control systems and equipment maintenance.
  • Expertise in shutdown planning and site troubleshooting, with ability to analyze complex problems.
