We are seeking an experienced team leader to drive our healthcare operations forward. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of medical billing experience with strong expertise in NextGen EMR/PM systems and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of medical billing professionals handling end-to-end revenue cycle management activities, ensuring accurate charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure service level agreements, quality, and productivity benchmarks are met.
  • Handle escalations and provide resolution support for complex billing issues.
  • Collaborate with management to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.
  • Train team members on NextGen and billing best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-7 years in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with NextGen EMR/PM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US hours).
