Job Title: IT Operations Leader

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to lead CRM and Complaints Applications projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with Life Insurance Business processes and policy life cycle.
  • Liaise with IT team for system requirements or Change Requests.
  • Experience with SDLC and Post Issuance journeys.
  • Production support skills, including resource and time management.
  • Ability to handle queries and route correctly at L1 level.

Technical Skills :

  • SQL queries and VAPT risk mitigation.
  • .Net (desired).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Life Insurance domain.
  • Excellent production support skills and ability to work under pressure.
