At SKILLFLOOR™, we are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Business Development Lead to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.

3. Update the CRM system with all customer communications.

4. Close sales and achieve monthly targets.

5. Strategize and maintain the sales pipeline.

6. Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.

7. Collaborate with the team to achieve the organization's goals.

Qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Previous sales experience is highly recommended.

Experience in the ed-tech industry is advantageous.

Professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
