Job Title: Inside Sales Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team at Power Bridge Systems Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and result-driven environment that encourages growth and high engagement.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to develop the team's skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive inside sales strategies to generate leads, close sales, and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and external sales teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Identify new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to stay competitive.
- Oversee lead generation activities, ensuring that the team is effectively qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
- Monitor lead sources, pipeline health, and conversion rates, ensuring a continuous flow of new opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent stream of high-quality leads.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and revenue growth.
- Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Implement improvements in sales processes based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of escalation for major or complex sales issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the inside sales process to improve efficiency, reduce sales cycle length, and increase revenue.
- Leverage CRM systems and sales automation tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and drive sales performance.
- Stay updated with the latest sales technologies and tools to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in inside sales or account management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in IT or systems integration.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, systems integration, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
