Inside Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Manager at Nurture is responsible for driving the performance of the inside sales team focused on ag-inputs B2B sales. This strategic role requires a strong sales background and deep understanding of the ag-input industry.
This position ensures the team meets or exceeds sales targets, provides excellent customer service, and collaborates effectively with other departments to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving sales targets by allocating goals to individuals in the team and ensuring overall sales target achievement.
- Operations:
KPIs:
- Membership Pool: Program management for increasing the customer base for membership pool.
- Customer Retention: Executing retention programs to reduce churn and boost retention.
- Team Building: Leadership and team building skills to enhance productivity and create a competitive and healthy environment within the group.
- Product Development: Providing insights and liaisoning with the product team to develop and design products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have 4-5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales. Agtech experience is preferred.
- Education: Graduation and above. B.Sc (Agri) is preferred.
- Skill: Should know MS-Office/Google Suite and have a sales background.
