- Provide timely support to both technical and non-technical clients, ensuring effective issue resolution.

- Identify and report trends to engineering and product teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead client working sessions to ensure clear understanding of issues and requirements.
- Independently resolve escalated client complaints without team lead intervention.
- Develop and provide documentation or training to clients as needed.
- Own client issues from initial report to resolution, utilizing proactive and efficient problem-solving techniques.
- Educate clients on best practices through hands-on training and coaching.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to escalate support cases and development issues when necessary.
- Proven experience in technical issue resolution and client support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
