We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for owning, investigating and solving customer technical issues.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration and research abilities, as well as the ability to develop technical proficiency through training and readiness.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and identify potential product defects, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
Responsibilities- Response and Resolution: Investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams.
- Readiness: Develop specific technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness.
- Product/Process Improvement: Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- OR equivalent experience
- Language Qualification: English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
This role offers flexibility with up to 50% remote work options.
