Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

 

A Technical Support Specialist is a vital role in our organization, responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical issues, analyzing data captures and trace logs, and collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems are essential for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze data captures and trace logs to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to investigate potential product defects and develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues, updating the help-desk ticketing system as necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and experience working with helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and SharePoint, as well as network capture and analysis tools like Fiddler and Developer tools.
