We are currently seeking a seasoned Product Support Specialist to deliver top-notch support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical assistance and a passion for helping clients resolve their product-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by customers through diligent analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in the support ticketing system to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to escalate complex issues and provide valuable feedback to enhance product quality.
  • Offer constructive feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and common issues to inform product improvements.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed to foster knowledge sharing and enhance user experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional support experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex product issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
