Job Description:

  • This role is responsible for overseeing production support in a 24/7 environment for mission-critical applications.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, process compliance and productivity improvement in support operations.
  • Daily production support activities will be managed to ensure SLAs are met 100% for all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production support team in a 24/7 environment.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, process compliance, and productivity improvement in support operations.
  • Manage day-to-day production support activities and ensure SLAs are met 100% for all deliverables.
  • Take an active role in driving various initiatives to improve.

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 8+ years production support experience within Java Web/Enterprise projects.
  • Experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of Java EE, Maven.
  • Hands-on experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Experience with database applications such as Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with kanban methodology and production support ticket-based model.
  • Able to lead teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Familiarity with offshore production monitoring management models.
