Job Title: Enterprise Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of our support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to D365 Finance and Operations and Customer Engagement
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system errors and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 7-12 years of experience in D365 user or support role
  • Extensive knowledge of CICD/DevOps, SDLCs, QA methodologies, and EDI
  • Familiarity with Azure, monitoring, and observability tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple users and systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for learning business processes and application functionality
