Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle SCM Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.

This role is responsible for handling production support, issue management, bug-fixing, and change requests for Oracle SCM Cloud. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with technical teams, providing functional guidance, and ensuring smooth testing and deployment of quarterly patch upgrades.

The Senior Oracle SCM Cloud Specialist will play a key role in managing and executing tasks across the project lifecycle, from design to deployment, and will provide diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues in Oracle SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle production support for Oracle SCM Cloud, ensuring issue management, bug-fixing, and change requests are addressed.
  • Configure and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions according to client requirements.
  • Manage and execute tasks across the project lifecycle: Design, Build/Configuration, Testing, Deploy, Support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for automation and integration, providing functional guidance during ticket resolution.
  • Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues in Oracle SCM modules.
