Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Oracle SCM Functional Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience in ERP implementation, particularly in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in production support projects, with a strong understanding of AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, and change management. They will also have hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.

The selected individual will be responsible for resolving tickets, developing runbooks, and analyzing technical queries. They will also work closely with the technical team to design and test automations and integrations.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Costing
  • Strong understanding of AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, and change management
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet multiple daily deadlines
