
Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for handling client interactions, managing reservations, and coordinating site preparation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, and at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound / outbound client calls
- Convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain central reservation systems
- Identify new revenue generation opportunities
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations department
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
**Working Hours & Days:** Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Daily Reporting would be conducted at our location.**
