Job Title: Reservation Executive

 

  • Summary:
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing reservation accuracy, settlements, and client follow-ups in a hotel front office environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas of focus:

  • Oversight of Reservation Accuracy:
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to reservations, including but not limited to checking room inventory, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely communication with guests.
  • Settlements:
  • Process and settle guest transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Client Follow-up:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference given to hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor/executive in a front office department of a 3*/4* hotel is preferred.
  • Skillset:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with proficiency in hospitality management software.

 

Additional Skills:

Knowledge of social media platforms and online booking systems is an added advantage.
