**Job Opportunity:** Front Desk Associate
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and contribute to the overall success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest communication.
- Ensure excellent guest service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.
- Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a cordial relationship.
- Cooperate with other departments to resolve issues and improve hotel efficiency.
Requirements:
- Professional with hospitality experience and relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, or guest house.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Ability to relocate within southern India.
- High attention to detail.
