Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual to spearhead elite hiring initiatives. This role will involve developing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools, and elevating our talent acquisition process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Elite Hiring: Develop strategic plans to identify and attract top talent from across India, focusing on Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, Functional Consultants, and other key areas.
  • Be a Market Shaper: Map new talent pools and stay ahead of the competition by identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage AI and Tech: Utilize data insights, digital strategies, and AI-powered tools to drive recruitment efficiency and smarter decision-making.
  • Owning the Candidate Experience: Act as both recruiter and brand ambassador, selling our vision to top candidates and creating engaging experiences for high-demand profiles.
  • Partner and Influence: Collaborate with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver ambitious goals.
  • Lead with Accountability: Drive and report on KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
  • Elevate the Team: Mentor recruiters, instill a sales-oriented and data-driven mindset, and build a culture of excellence in TA.

Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset — persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
  • A technical background (B.Tech or equivalent) is a plus — helps you speak the language of the talent you'll be hiring.
  • Self-driven, thrives on challenges, and has the grit to win in competitive markets.
