
Senior Talent Strategist

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement. They should hold an MBA (HR) or equivalent and be technology-driven, embracing data and tools. The successful individual will own end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics, designing and executing hiring strategies, building the company employer brand, and delivering actionable people insights to leadership.
- Lead talent acquisition: source, screen, interview, close; build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
- Own employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract passive talent.
- Design and run employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
- Use people analytics to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning.
- Partner with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
- Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, compensation administration, and policy documentation.
- Act as an employee champion — coach leaders, handle escalations sensitively, and maintain a positive work culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's online presence through strategic recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Employee Onboarding: Design and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions into new roles.
