Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement. They should hold an MBA (HR) or equivalent and be technology-driven, embracing data and tools. The successful individual will own end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics, designing and executing hiring strategies, building the company employer brand, and delivering actionable people insights to leadership.

  • Lead talent acquisition: source, screen, interview, close; build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Own employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract passive talent.
  • Design and run employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Use people analytics to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
  • Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, compensation administration, and policy documentation.
  • Act as an employee champion — coach leaders, handle escalations sensitively, and maintain a positive work culture.
