**Zonal Operations Manager Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zonal Operations Manager to lead our educational centers in the zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve performance, efficiency, and reach.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensure seamless execution and productivity, and drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance, efficiency, and reach of educational centers within the zone.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all educational centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals across the zone.
  • Design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities to boost enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, schools, and local communities.
  • Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams across all centers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, sales, and marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
