
Business Development Associate

Job Title
A Key Business Associate plays a vital role in originating new business opportunities through direct sourcing and open market channels. This involves acquiring customers and taking their proposal up to the stage of disbursement, thereby generating revenue for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer relationships, addressing both service and sales queries, and identifying new segments and setting up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels
- Acquire customers and take their proposal up to the stage of disbursement
- Meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and generate revenue
- Cater to businesses with different working capital facilities such as overdraft, cash credit, dealer finance, vendor finance, letter of credit, bank guarantee, term loan, etc.
- Manage customer relationships and address both service and sales queries
- Identify new segments and set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the organization
- Recommend and introduce new services to engage customers and generate fee income
- Acquire Emerging Corporate Profile customers and cross-sell other retail products
