We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support the expansion of our client network. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and apply lead generation techniques within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for researching and identifying potential clients and target market segments.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive lead generation, including developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead database with accurate information, including contact details, company profiles, and project pipelines.
  • Supporting lead qualification through preliminary research and outreach efforts, including crafting compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Aiding in initiating contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and other methods, and coordinating meetings between leads and the sales team.
  • Contributing to the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Conducting industry and competitor research to support strategic insights, and providing input on market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Updating and managing project management and CRM tools for organized lead tracking, and supporting the preparation of progress and status reports for the sales team.

  • Has a strong understanding of lead generation principles and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Is passionate about learning and growing, with a desire to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
