
Administrative Services Manager

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will oversee all administrative functions and human capital activities within the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks, support business operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring procedures.
- Conducting new employee orientations and ensuring proper onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration into the team.
- Management of administrative staff and coordination of their activities to ensure seamless office functioning.
- Coordination and management of payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management systems.
- Development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
- Coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handling correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping activities.
- Assistance in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
- Management of employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Management of office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
