Job Title: Front Office Executive

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and administrative support at the front desk.

  • This role involves managing day-to-day operations, including check-ins/out, billing, phone calls, emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • You will also ensure that front desk functions run smoothly, identifying any lapses and taking corrective action in real-time.

The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day operations management: Ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient check-in/check-out processes, accurate billing, and prompt communication.
  • Front desk management: Maintaining high standards of service delivery, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in hotel management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role in 4-5 star hotels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Hospitality attitude and aptitude, with strong customer-centric focus, effective communication, thorough organization, and supervisory skills.
  • Natural team player with patience, negotiation skills, and good dispute/grievance resolution skills.
