As a Reception and Administration Professional, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally and provide exceptional customer service
- Record inquiries from visitors and maintain accurate records
- Maintain reception operations and ensure a neat and organized workspace
- Schedule and manage appointments with ease
- Perform administrative tasks and coordinate departmental activities
- Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and communication
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable interacting with clients and handling documentation
- Possess basic to intermediate proficiency in computer skills
