Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day administrative operations, oversee procurement, and inventory of office supplies and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Manage the efficient functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities by liaising with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Vendor Liaison: Establish strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services and goods.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate company travel arrangements, accommodations, and meeting logistics to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • HR Support: Provide assistance with onboarding/offboarding processes, employee attendance, and leave tracking to ensure seamless personnel transitions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to supervise housekeeping, maintain a clean and professional work environment, and provide support to internal teams with logistical requirements for events, trainings, or reviews.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
