Offshore Network Operations Manager

Key responsibilities for this role include leading and supporting our offshore network operations team, collaborating closely with the US-based team to align network operations strategies, and facilitating regular communication between teams.

As the primary point of contact for monitoring network and system alerts across multiple client environments, you will serve as the initial point of contact for incident management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network operations, team management, and coordination, with a strong ability to enhance 24/7 support across geographically distributed teams.

You will oversee and manage NOC teams to ensure seamless operations, effective incident management, and continuous improvement in network and infrastructure support for clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in network operations or IT support
  • Significant experience managing or supporting offshore teams in a leadership capacity
  • Proven experience in overseeing global or distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies including Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and SonicWall systems
  • Experience with PSA & RMM toolsets such as ConnectWise Manage and LabTech/ConnectWise Automate is a plus
  • Proficiency in support and administration of Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft Cloud services is advantageous
