Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our offshore Traffic team. As the Offshore Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination with the onshore team and maintaining high standards of communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the offshore team's daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tasks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the onshore team, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and continuous development of offshore team members.
  • Distribute workloads effectively, especially during leave periods or team transitions.
  • Maintain high standards of communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the advertising industry, preferably in ad operations or traffic management.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring teams, ideally in an offshore or remote context.
  • Strong understanding of TV advertising and the broader media landscape.
