Job Title: Network Operations Manager
\This is a leadership role that requires someone with extensive experience in network operations and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to coordinate and enhance 24/7 support across geographically distributed teams.
\The successful candidate will oversee and manage NOC teams to ensure seamless operations, effective incident management, and continuous improvement in network and infrastructure support for clients. This includes ensuring clear and effective communication with clients regarding incident status, resolution, and performance insights.
\To excel in this role, you will need to have exceptional leadership and management skills, including the ability to mentor, guide, and support team members across different regions while driving performance and growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, with the ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions to enhance network operations.
\The role involves developing and implementing processes and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of both offshore and US-based operations. You will work closely with the US-based team to standardize processes and ensure consistency across all operations.

- Identify areas for improvement within offshore operations and implement sustainable solutions to enhance performance and support.\
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for the offshore team, aligning with overall operational goals and client needs.\
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of incident response procedures, knowledge base articles, and support processes for the offshore team.\
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to promote collaboration and mutual understanding.\
- Remain up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery.\
- Manage and monitor the performance of the offshore team, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.\
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.\
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.\
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality in service delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).\
- Make informed decisions about resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation to optimize business outcomes.\
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive business growth.\
- Represent the organization in external forums and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.\
