Your Role:

The Manager APAC Network Platform will oversee the planning, managing, and execution of networking systems within our organization. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining networking infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations throughout the company with a focus on the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Development (30%): Develop strategic plans for network systems within our organization that align with business objectives.
  • Innovate Network Solutions: Enhance performance and stability while considering future growth and technology advancements.
  • Team Leadership and Management (25%): Lead, mentor, and manage the network engineering team to ensure productivity and professional growth.
  • Operational Management and Network Oversight (25%): Oversee daily operations of network systems to ensure reliability, stability, and efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration (20%): Liaise between department heads, external partners, and vendors to ensure tools and technologies are appropriately integrated and supported.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in network design, implementation, and management within a complex networking environment.
  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience in leading a team of network professionals.
