Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition, quality sourcing, and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through effective fieldwork, local marketing, and customer interactions.
  • Source quality accounts in terms of product mix, segment, and constitution.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and activation by advising on right products and documentation.
  • Promote and register customers on direct banking channels.
  • Support market intelligence and customer feedback exercises.
  • Meet or exceed defined monthly customer acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales norms, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines.
