Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead external revenue growth through consultative selling approaches.
This role will involve:
- Exceeding sales targets by cultivating new business from existing and new customer accounts.
- Negotiating with senior-level executives to drive revenue growth and establish long-term relationships with customers through rapport-building and communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- A strong understanding of CRM systems and the ability to leverage them for sales success.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering results-driven performance.
This role encompasses several key responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling Approaches: Develop and execute consultative selling strategies to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging rapport-building and communication skills to drive long-term business outcomes.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including sales targets and quota attainment.
