Sales & Business Development Specialist

Vision for Role
In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth by strategically selling our products and services to key target audiences, including legal professionals, law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies. Your responsibilities will include:
Revenue Growth & Sales Target Achievement: Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and focus on high-revenue opportunities within the assigned market segments.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identifying and prospecting potential clients, securing meetings both on-site and off-site, and nurturing long-term relationships to expand the client base and ensure repeat business.
Product Presentations & Sales Conversion: Delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations to clearly communicate our solutions' value, closing high-value deals with persuasive negotiation and ensuring smooth transactions.
Customer Onboarding & Ongoing Support: Providing comprehensive training and support to both new and existing customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
Client Communication & Retention: Maintaining regular communication with clients to address inquiries, share insights, and strengthen relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and contract renewals.
Sales & Marketing Execution: Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and implement initiatives that align with market needs, driving revenue in your assigned area.
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify new sales opportunities, adjust strategies, and stay ahead of industry shifts.
Brand Advocacy: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company at events and forums, and enhancing Manupatra's brand value and recognition within the legal and corporate sectors.
Required Skills
Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong eye to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
