Business Development Executive

Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive for the Trivandrum location, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, appointing, and managing dealers across Trivandrum. Additionally, you will be directly engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. If you're passionate about direct sales, customer engagement, and strategic expansion, this role is for you
Responsibilities:
Dealer Appointment, Direct Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement dealer appointment strategies to ensure market coverage.
- Conduct negotiations and onboard new dealers
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Visit architects, engineers, and plumbers to build relationships and make them influencers for our sales
- Identify new homeowners and promote our products to meet their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads through various channels and actively follow up to convert them into sales.
- Ensure timely closures by addressing customer queries and overcoming objections.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
