About the Role

  • Provide administrative assistance to our team executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for organizing tasks, files, and supplies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including building management, to resolve facilities-related issues.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant or executive support role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with numerical data and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
