The Program Manager will serve as the operational backbone of our partner co-sell and channel motion. This role maintains program structure, ensures cross-team accountability and drives execution across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program trackers, calendars, milestones and goal updates.
  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms (biweekly syncs, quarterly planning, QBR preparation).

This role requires 5+ years of program management, partner operations or channel experience. The ideal candidate has strong familiarity with partner ecosystems, excellent organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools.
