Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Institutional Activation Manager to lead our partnerships with key accounts, drive activation campaigns, and spearhead conversion initiatives.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term relationships, design and execute tailored campaigns, and develop models for tracking and optimization. As an Institutional Activation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Institutional Partnerships: Engage with corporate hospitals, hospital chains, and large pharmacy networks to support business priorities.
- Activation Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns for key brands in the institutional environment, ensuring timely listing of priority products and compliance with protocols.
- Conversion Initiatives: Develop models for I2R tracking, performance analytics, and optimization to convert institutional demand into downstream retail uptake.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to localize campaigns, ensure medical compliance, and provide data-backed insights and progress reports. If you have a proven track record in institutional engagement and relationship management, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in institutional engagement and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of product activation and institutional approvals.
- Ability to drive conversion initiatives and develop models for I2R tracking.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
