Role Overview

This is a full-time remote Human Resources Intern role, providing invaluable experience in core HR functions and preparing you for future success.

The successful candidate will support various HR-related tasks, including drafting and implementing policies, assisting in HR Management and Employee Benefits, and participating in Personnel Management initiatives.

The role involves engaging in research and providing administrative support to the HR department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gain hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Employee Engagement, HR Documentation & Policy Drafting, Learning & Development Coordination, HR Analytics & Dashboard Reporting, Performance Management & Feedback Cycles, and HRIS & Compliance Basics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on real-world projects.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
  • Earn a UK Internship Certificate.
  • Boost your CV with live HR project credentials.
