Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Graduate Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the distributor and retail network within their assigned territory.

  • Territory Management: Develop and implement strategies to expand the network of distributors and retailers, ensuring effective market coverage and product availability.
  • Product Availability: Monitor and maintain product stock levels at retail outlets, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal merchandising.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Utilize market intelligence and sales techniques to achieve sales targets through efficient market coverage, product promotion, and retailer engagement.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth order processing, stock management, and timely deliveries.
  • Retailer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new retailers, providing support for route planning and ensuring optimal coverage.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market data, feedback on products, pricing, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Promotional Activities: Execute promotional campaigns, product sampling, and other initiatives as per company guidelines, ensuring effective brand presence in the market.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, submitting regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

This is a field-intensive role, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to succeed.
