Senior Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with business intelligence tools, and excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
The Manager will partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success to optimize processes, manage sales technologies, and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead day-to-day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Drive sales performance and productivity by optimizing CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to analyze business performance, design dashboards, and deliver insights to senior leadership.
- Manage and enhance the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) to support automation and workflow optimization.
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve speed, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Own key sales operations projects such as compensation planning, territory realignment, and go-to-market initiatives.
