Job Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Sales Strategist to own the full sales cycle and drive business growth in North America.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, targeting US/Canada-based mid-market or enterprise clients. Key responsibilities include owning the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Conducting compelling product demonstrations for proposal, sales, and operations leaders
  • Driving outbound outreach via email, phone, and other channels to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with the founding team to refine sales strategy and go-to-market execution
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
