
Senior Sales Strategist

As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. You will identify new distributors, negotiate deals, and ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence in both urban and rural areas.
- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets, setting targets for primary and secondary sales, as well as the number of retail stores to be opened every month.
- Coordinate distributor invoicing, dispatch, collections, and outstanding payments, ensuring timely follow-up on these tasks.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, monitor stock levels, and maintain optimal stock balances.
- Develop and implement effective sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Identify and recruit top talent for the sales team, focusing on candidates with relevant experience and skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mobile accessories or related industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and other stakeholders.
