Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead our product development team. This key member will play a critical role in shaping the design and user experience of our products.

  • This individual will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and content strategists to define problems & goals; map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
  • The ideal candidate will design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs.
  • Key responsibilities include running projects end to end with engineers to drive Business pod's vision to the finish line.
  • They will create new interactions that are intuitive, practical, and convergent. They will evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.
  • This person will solve complex interactions through prototyping or motion design.
  • Leading a product charter and mentoring designers or interns is also a key responsibility.
  • Effective storytelling and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Moving swiftly and smoothly from strategy to ideation to execution is crucial for success.
  • Hiring and growing the team is also an important aspect of this position.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design leadership.
  • A strong understanding of human-centered design principles and processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills are necessary.
  • This individual must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., is required.
