Senior Interior Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a background in interior fit-out to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial furniture and interior design solutions, a proven track record in sales, and excellent client relationship management skills.

  • Identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
